Acticia acquires Vivetic and offers complete support to companies in their customer relationship outsourcing approach.
Acticia Conseil*, a 30-strong direct marketing consulting agency, leader in the distance selling sector, recently announced the acquisition of Vivetic, the first customer relationship platform in the Indian Ocean.
The latter is a historic player in outsourced customer relations and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Founded in 1996 and established in France and in the Indian Ocean, Vivetic employs more than 1,700 people, has four production sites and supports more than 150 customers of all sizes and in many sectors of activity, in the management of their multi-channel customer relations (calls, emails, sms, chat), the production of on & offline content, data processing and data entry as well as electronic document management.
Noëlle Costa, president of Acticia Conseil and Vivetic, will lead the group.
