A historic player since 1988 in the outsourcing of Customer Relationship Management and Back-Office (BPO) activities, established in France and in the Indian Ocean, our Group offers comprehensive expertise in Customer Relationship Management combining in-shore and offshore, multi-channel and multilingual solutions.

We support more than 200 clients in the banking and insurance, real estate, telecoms, retail, e-commerce and press sectors, from the study phases of their outsourcing project through to operational implementation.

VIVETIC Group has 2,300 employees in 7 back and front-office production sites and guarantees its customers both an expert, tailor-made approach and agile management of services.

In 2017, Acticia Conseil acquired Vivetic to diversify its service activities and offer to accompany its clients on new customer relations and BPO services. 

In 2018, Vivetic will be working closely with Pro Direct Marketing in order to strengthen its customer relations offering in France. In 2020, the entities will come together under a common brand name VIVETIC Group.

Acticia Conseil is the group entity specialized in marketing data and marketing support for BtoC and BtoB companies.
